KING BRIDGE UPDATE – JULY 2005

We would like to report on a number of interesting happenings during the first six months of this year, including the “discovery” of some additional existing King bridges, progress on restoration projects underway, the acquisition of some additional memorabilia including builder’s plates, old photographs and postcards, a visit to see bridges in Lockport and Rochester, New York, and communication with some excellent historic bridge related websites.
